Reiki is a form of Energy Medicine that is used to heal the body by activating it's natural healing energies ~ Reiki helps to restore energies that have become weak by channeling and moving this energy back to a state of balance within the body ~

Reiki is a powerful and gentle practice ~ There is minimal or no touching during a session; rather, the practitioner places their hands in a series of chakras (energy centers) on or slightly above the body to facilitate healing ~ This activates the body’s relaxation response, creating a safe space to allow the body to balance and align itself ~
